This is the last book in the Divergent series by Veronica Roth. Allegiant starts out where Insurgent left off.
There were some new characters and some new facts that made this book interesting. The reader got to see things from Tobias’s perspective and that was great.
This is the second book in the Divergent series by Veronica Roth. Insurgent starts were Divergent left of. Just like the first book Insurgent is full of action and twists. The characters and the stories development are great.
What I liked most about this book was the relationship between our heroine Tris and Four. It was real, honest and believable. I like the fact that Tris is selfless and sometimes even reckless; it makes her more real.
This is the first book of the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth. It’s a dystopian novel where society (in this case, Chicago) is divided into five so-called factions. Each faction is dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue like Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). Each year, on a special day, all the 16-year old persons must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For our hero Beatrice, aka Tris, the decision is between staying with her family or being who she really is.
