This book is part of my 2016 reading challenge!

The only reason I gave this book two stars is because the writing is great, the story, however, isn’t!
I feel disappointed because I thought the plot sounded intriguing and I thought I would read a murder mystery. Instead, I got dialogue after dialogue! The story is about Cormoran Strike, a tired private investigator that gets a case that plunges him into a world of multimillionaire supermodels, rock stars and world famous designers.

There’s no action. It’s all conversation. I got so bored during some parts of this book and just lost interest in the whole story. However, the writing was good, the way Galbraith (JKR) wrote about some scenes or describe some feelings were great. The character Strike was likeable and so was his assistant Robin. I just wished there would be more action and mystery.
